About Bangor Castle Walled Garden
Bangor Castle Walled Garden is set in 1.5 acres of a former secret garden.
Now open to the public this highly rated garden has four unique areas for you to enjoy.
The kitchen garden, the herb and topiary garden, the swamp garden and the flower garden.
There are sculptures, a picnic area and a cafe (cash only!) on site as well as plenty of benches by a fountain.
Close by is the North Down Museum with local history explained with rotating exhibits, cafe and a shop!
Access may be tricky in parts for those with mobility issues.
Watch out for musical and other events like Halloween!
