About Barnes Open Gardens
West London’s finest Gardens!
The Barnes Open Gardens in South West London offer a rich (pun intended!) selection of Victorian plots, modern gardens, cottage gardens courtyard styles and lots of very mature trees.
Some of the gardens back onto the Wetlands (also well worth a visit) so for London will be quite large gardens. And probably very well kept. But there are also some smaller courtyard styles so something for everyone which is great.
Of special interest may be the SanGen Japanese garden which is up towards the top end of Castleneau.
Barnes alternates with East Sheen as part of the FiSH group. So the next event in Barnes will probably be in 2026.
