About Blakenham Woodland Garden
Blakenham Woodland Garden in leafy Suffolk has for over 50 years been host to classic English Woodland with exotic trees, shrubs and flowers.
Watch out for the Snowdrop events in February and the Bluebells and Magnolias in April.
Refreshments are available during these events.
The current managers of the garden aim to keep a balance between what is natural and what is cultivated.
As you wander around the garden you may encounter bamboo, Chinese rocks, magnolias, roses, azalea and features like the circle of sycamores spiraling down to the chalk plug hole!!
And the wildlife is just watch to be spotted including badgers.
Allow a couple of hours to wander round.
