About Bwlch y Geuffordd Gardens

Bwlch y Geuffordd Gardens is found at the end of a half mile track and is 1,000 feet high – so it may well be cooler than where you set off from!

Developed by a couple since 194 this 3 acre plot contains trees, reeds, ponds, sculptures, wildlife garden and above all is a fantasy garden for children!

All the reviews say how special the gardens are and great for kids. The owners obviously have a genuine interest in making sure all visitors are happy.

This is not a landscaped manicured sterile garden. It’s way more interesting than that!

There is a 1/2 scale steam train to play on, a willow den, a tree house (with secret passage), a cave (with light shafts, so it’s not too dark) a variety of dragons, a jungle with African hut, lots of musical instruments, various surprises, and the opportunity to do pond dipping.

Bring a picnic as there is no cafe but teas and squash are available.

No dogs allowed unfortunately.

” Absolutely incredible – a real hidden treasure with a magical atmosphere. My 3 year old daughter was enthralled and entertained the whole time. Owners couldn’t be nicer and are so helpful. If you take a picnic you could easily make a day of it. You need a good few hours there to really uncover all its hidden wonders!”
