About Cae Hir Gardens
Cae Hir Gardens are on a 5 acre plot and have been an RHS Partner Garden for nearly 20 years.
The gardens themselves are, in their on words, a family garden. Designed and managed by the Akkermans family since 1980’s.
So make yourselves at home, bring a picnic, a laptop, or just a book and find a spot to relax in.
There are wild gardens, wild flowers, water features, bug hotels – big ones! All part of the natural approach to managing the gardens.
The garden are on foothills of the Cambrian Mountains so a mostly hilly and steep so are not really suitable for mobility scooters etc
Try Julie’s homemade cakes and scones and then visit the Nursery to find some plants to take home.
Dogs on short leads are welcome!
