About Cawdor Castle Gardens
Cawdor Castle Gardens is actually three distinct and unique gardens.
These are the Flower Garden, the Walled Garden and the Wild Garden.
As well as the gardens there is a maze, although closed to the public, and some delighful sculptures.
There are 10 miles of nature trails to follow in Cawdoor Big Wood. Great for you and the dog!
Pro Tip: If you get lost just follow the burns downstream as they all lead to the Castle!
The Courtyard Café is open daily serving hot and cold food and beverages.
There are three shops on site. The Gift Shop, The Highland Shop and the Wool Shop. Happpy shopping!
Dogs on leads are allowed in all areas apart from the Castle.
But they are ok to cross the Drawbridge (how cool is that!) to access the Courtyard, Cafe and Highland Shop.
You can also tour 12 rooms of the 14th Century Castle. There is a small extra charge to do this.
