About Erddig Hall and Garden
The main garden at Erddig Hall and Garden is the magnificent Dutch inspired 18th-century Grade I listed walled garden.
Of particular interest is the lime surrounded canal. At least it was to me!
For children there is the Wolf Den, a large natural play area. Don’t think there are real wolves there.
There is also the estate parkland which is 1,200 acres of meadows, lakes, ponds, rivers, veteran trees and woodland and home to a range of habitats.
You can also visit the Hall of course and there is the Hayloft Restaurant which serves hot and cold food and drink, ice creams, cake and a shop on site.
Dogs are welcome on the main estate parkland but not in the Grade 1 Listed garden.
