About Gordon Castle Walled Garden
Gordon Castle Walled Garden is over 200 years old and is newly restored and now one of the biggest in the UK at 8 acres in size!
Within the walled garden you will find over 200 products grown there.
Areas include the Soft Fruits garden, Herbs, Quince, Cherry Orchard, Cut Flowers, Vegetable Beds, Apples Trees, Plum Trees, Asparagus and Apricot Trees!,
What’s great about the gardens is that everything grown there is used from lavender for essential oils, apples for cider or fresh vegetables for the café kitchen.
Speaking of cafes the Walled Garden Cafe is open on Wednesday to Sunday from 10am-4pm and serves superb quality local Scottish food.
The Children Play Area, made from recycled materials, is there to inspire your children and let there imagination run free.
Well behaved dogs welcome on a lead in both gardens and cafe.
Guided tours of the garden for groups of 10 or more need to be booked in advance. £4 extra!
Of course there is a lot else to do on the Estate including fishing, shooting, weddings and watching the Highland Games!
