About Highgrove Gardens

Highgrove House & Gardens is the private residence of King Charles III and Queen Camilla.

Open a few days each year the gardens are a delight and well worth a visit.

You need to book your tour ahead of arrival though.

The gardens themselves are managed organically and sustainably as you would expect with King Charles’s focus on the environment.

Highlights to look out for include the kitchen Garden, Arboretum, Stumpery, Cottage Garden, Sundial Garden, Thyme Walk and Wildflower Garden.

There Orchard Room is available after the tour for refreshments.

Only assistance dogs are allowed in the gardens.
