About Leighton Hall Garden
Leighton Hall Garden has lots for you to see and do and is ideal for families as well as keen gardeners.
There are several main features to the gardens from the Main Garden with super displays.
The Walled Garden packed with home grown vegetables including leeks and artichokes.
For kids, and you, there is the Bee Corner, Insect Hotel and The Herb Garden Pavilion which is a sensory style garden.
There is also the Caterpillar Maze which is a path maze rather than a hedge maze – so you can’t get properly lost!
Or take a longer Woodland Walk, ideal for burning of energy!
For refreshments there is a Tea Room where you can eat inside and out.
A Gift Shop has locally sourced products and there is a Plant Stall which also sells produce form the walled garden.
The Hall is well worth a tour and in their own words it’s ‘a lived-in house rather than a stuffy museum’!
Watch out for events such as falconry and owl displays.
