About Longframlington Gardens
Longframlington Gardens is an informal plantswoman’s garden created in 1998 and now contains over 1,000 types of trees, shrubs and perennials.
Do not expect perfectly manicured formal gardens – approach with an open mind!
Known for its garden trails across the 12 acre site as well as wild meadow, ponds, quirky artworks and contemporary and wild garden.
Watch out for the Rope Art, Native Tree Challenge and Gardeners Quiz Maze!
And the Climate Change Interpretation is really of interest designed to show the impact of climate change on plants and the wider environment.
There are plenty of upcycled benches to sit on and have a wee rest if required.
The coffee shop may be open year round for refreshments. Not 100% clear but yiuy can bring a picnic!
There is also the garden nursery and plant centre with well stocked selection of plants,climbers , hardys etc

Anthony shared a very positive experience, calling it “a delightful time wandering the various areas” and describing the transformation from “virgin land” as amazing. He also highlighted the owner as “so welcoming and knowledgeable.”
Larry described the gardens as “Paradise!!” praising the beautiful trees, birdsong, and the “lovely lady owner” who made them feel very welcome.
