Don’t take our word for how lovely these gardens are. Here is what visitors to Newby Hall Gardens had to say.

“The gardens were outstanding on a warm and sunny day. We particularly enjoyed the rock garden and the laburnum walk was beautiful.

The long borders were lovely too and there were so many different areas to explore and sit quietly.

We had lunch outside at the cafe which I would recommend too although you could easily take a picnic.”

“Rockery garden is stunning, the acers absolutely amazing as are the rhododendrons. Liked the boat trip.

Spent a happy 3 hours here just in the gardens and cafe.”
