About Nunney Open Gardens
Gardens of all varieties and sizes will be open in this beautiful and historic village which is centred around the 14th century, moated Nunney Castle, managed by English Heritage.
Buy your tickets on the day at Nunney’s Village Hall where you will also find light refreshments, toilets (including disabled facilities) and a well-stocked plant stall.

The Nunney & District Flower Show (NDFS) committee will be offering homemade cakes and cream teas all day in the Village Hall.
The church will also be offering sandwiches and light refreshments and the George Inn and The Café at Nunney will both be open to visitors.
No dogs in the gardens or village hall, please.

We are very grateful to all our garden hosts who offer inspiration to all visitors who might be encouraged to try similar ideas in their own gardens.
Proceeds
All proceeds go to help to fund the traditional Nunney & District Flower Show & Village Fete that was originally set up in 1884.
Any remaining funds sponsor various horticultural, craft, educational, sustainable and ecologically-friendly projects within Nunney.
Refreshments
There will be homemade cakes and cream teas all day in the Village Hall and the Church will also be offering sandwiches and light refreshments.

Taking the A361 from Frome to Shepton Mallet, turn off at Nunney Catch roundabout (Esso Garage and Oldhams Car Wash) and follow signs down to the Market Place in the centre of Nunney.
Turn left across the old bridge in the Market Square, and head 150m up the road to park in the Old Quarry Gardens Visitor’s car park on the right, please, because we must keep the main roads free for farming and local traffic.
