About Parham House & Gardens

Parham House & Gardens is a seven acre site originally created in the 18th Century.

Consisting of a lake, specimen trees and a brick and turf maze there is also the well known four acre walled garden dived by paths into traditional four quarters.

The 1920’s greenhouse, attached to the walled garden, is home to pelargoniums and other delicate plants.

And The Wendy House is also built into the walled garden – interesting!

The wider Pleasure Grounds show off snowdrops and daffodils in Spring and you will find the Maze here.

You can enjoy refreshments at The Mower Shed Cafe, buy plants at the Plant Shop, all grown at Parham and The Parham Gift Shop offers locally sourced items including jams, chutneys and wooden bowls.

Dogs policy at Parham House & Gardens

Dogs on short leads are welcome everywhere apart from Parham House and any Catering facilities which are assistance dogs only.

The gardens are beautiful, plus there were things here to keep our teenagers entertained too, we particularly enjoyed trying to crack the maze puzzle.”
