Pensthorpe Gardens recommend you allow at least 4 hours to see their gardens. And even that may not be enough!
This is a very family friendly garden with lots of activities for the children including sculpture trails, zip lines, tunnel and slides at the Wild Rootz area.
There is sooooo much to do here. So here are a few more highlights.
There are gardens aplenty including the Millennium Garden, Wildlife Habitat Garden, Corten Infinity Garden, The Glade Sculpture Garden and the Wave Garden.
The nature reserve has plenty of walks, bird hides and a wildflower meadow.
Watch out for the Flamingos and Cranes!
The Courtyard Café offers a good selection of takeaway options for you to choose from. Or bring a picnic.
Dogs are not allowed in the gardens due to the wildlife already there. Fair enough.
But they are allowed on leads in the courtyard outside seating area, the cafe function room and the picnic area.
