Opening Times: The garden is open 7 days a week apart from Winter months when they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays
Opening Hours: 10.30am to 4pm but check here for full opening times as these do extend depending on the season

About Quarry Bank

Quarry Bank has some smashing woodland walks for you to take.

There are a number of self guided routes such as the Giants Castle (approximately 3.5 miles), Kingfisher Walk (1.5 miles) and a walk through the Southern Woods (1 mile).

Keep an eye out for kingfishers or otters!!

There is a walled garden, glasshouse and in the lower garden there are a number of bridges over the River Bollin – poo sticks anyone?

There is The Upper Garden Café (dogs welcome) for drinks and snacks, The Weaving Shed Restaurant is in the Mill Yard and a second hand bookstore.

There are dedicated picnic areas if you want to provide your own refreshments.

Of course for your entry fee you also get to go around the Mill, Quarry Bank House, the wider 400 acre estate and the 19th Century Styal Village. Well worth a visit!

Dogs are allowed in the gardens on a short lead and in other areas as well.
