About St Michael’s Mount Garden

St Michael’s Mount Garden is accessible at low tide by walking and by boat when the tide is in!

But check times of crossings as they do vary a lot and the boat doesn’t always run.

So the gardens are amazing sub tropical terraces which are delicate hence the restricted opening hours.

Plants include aloes and agave rear, tulbaghias, rosemary, lavender and lampranthus tumble down the terraces.

You can get great views from the Castle though if you cant get into the garden.

A truly ideal spot for taking photographs!

Lots of places to eat, drink and shop.

Dogs are allowed access during Winter& Autumn only.
