The Thirsk Hall Sculpture Garden is bang in the middle of Thirsk and a bit of a hidden gem.
The 20 acres are wonderfully accessed via a small wooden door to the right of the Hall.
Ring a bell and you will be let in!!
Opened in 2021 there are often exhibitions and events taking place both in the gardens and in the Orangery and Gallery One.
Suitable for all ages feel free to roam the grounds and bring a picnic.
You can also stay in the south Wing flat with accommodation for up to 4 guests.
Dogs are very welcome as long as they are on leads and cleaned up afterwards!

Eating & Drinking
There are a small amount of refreshments available within the shop.
As the gardens are centrally located there are plenty of places for more substantial meals in the centre of Thirsk.
Picnics are welcome with plenty of seating available. No BBQ’s or alcohol though.
Accessibility
The gardens are mostly accessible to wheelchairs & pushchairs. The grounds are mix of grass, gravel and pavings.
There is step free access throughout the gardens with a small low step up to The Orangery.
And a ramp from the Croft parkland to the garden.
Toilets
There are two toilet facilities on site for use by all visitors.
