Trebah Garden is a 26 acre, and in their own words, a ‘sub-tropical paradise with a stunning coastal backdrop.’
Not only that they also have their own beach for you to explore!
The gardens themselves have 4 miles of footpaths with lots of nooks and crannies to explore.
Some of the routes re very steep but there are flat routes to take for wheelchair users.
Check out the Water Garden, Mallard Pond, Koi Pool, Chilean Coomb, Gunnerea Passage and of course The Beach with Boathouse Beach Cafe, serving hot and cold drinks and snacks.
For Children there is Tarzans Camp for the over 5’s and Fort Stuart for the under 5’s!
There is also free entry to the cafe, gift shop and plant centre – prefect!
Dogs are allowed in the garden and beach but please keep on a short lead.
There are dog feeding stations and areas in the cafe for dogs – so dogs are very welcome!

Don’t take our word for how lovely these gardens and house are. Here is what visitors to Trebah Garden had to say:
“Lovely place to have a coffee or something to eat either before or after you walk.
The walk is pretty with lots of ponds or tiny waterfalls along the way.
Pretty autumnal colours this time of year, and a private beach at the end. Dogs welcome.”
“The gardens are superb. Having a hot sunny day obviously made it more enjoyable, but also harder work walking back up to the top because the incline is pretty steep.
There quite a few motorised wheelchairs and they all seemed to have no problem with the accessible routes.
If you venture all the way down to the beach, the ice cream is a very tasty reward. As the weather was good, some people chose to swim.”
