About Walmer Castle & Gardens

Walmer Castle & Gardens is actually a few distinct gardens like the Broadwalk Garden with its herbaceous borders.

Or the Kitchen Garden with its fruit and vegetables and the nearby, safe for children, Moat Garden!

There is a contemporary garden which is the Queen Mothers Garden and from there you can walk to the Oval Lawn to relax or play games.

Watch out for the snowdrops and special events they host!

There is a cafe, restaurant, second hand bookshop and if you have time take a walk or cycle along the seafront t Sandown Castle.

Oh, and you can visit the castle as well!
