The terrace garden attracts bees and the Parterre was inspired by an apothecary.

The smaall orchard has been planted with new trees alongside the older ones for a good crop of apples.

Bring some snacks and have a picnic on the lawn in the Nuttery or use the benches that are dotted around the grounds.

As well as the garden and Hall there is a small play area for children with a wooden castle.

And you will find the obligatory Second Hand bookshop ready for a good browse!
