About Yew Tree Avenue

Yew Tree Avenue was originally the carriage driveway to Clipsham Hall.

Developed over 200 years ago it has now been brought back to life with 150 Yew Trees clipped into various shapes.

Of note are ones such as the tree celebrating Neil Armstrong landing on the moon and the Queens various Jubilee’s by shapes of animals.

A perfect spot for a picnic with benches and free parking.

Definitely one for those who like quirky and unusual topiary gardens!

Dogs allowed in the avenue.

There is additional walking to be had in the wider woodland.
