About Ardkinglas Woodland Garden
Ardkinglas Woodland Garden is 25 acres of aiming views of set on the dramatic banks of Loch Fyne.
Early in the year there are carpets of snowdrops and bluebells, orchids in July and watch out for red squirrels in November!
The Arboretum has champion trees and a famous collection of Rhododendrons and Azaleas.
The best time to visit is May and June but there is plenty to see and enjoy all year round.
Look out for the mosses and lichens down by the Old Mill where the River Fyne runs into the loch.
The Gruffalo and Fairy Trail is super popular with the younger children as is the Snakey slide!
And the House is open for tours but does need to be booked separatley.
Do remember to bring refreshments and dress appropriately!
