About Marchington Open Gardens

Discover hidden areas
The Blandford’s Hidden Gardens was started in 2008 and allows you to explore previously ‘secret’ areas of the town.

Of the 20 gardens on show they range from Courtyard features to more grand and formal styles. Design types are from Georgian to contemporary.

Some of the gardens come with sculptures, ponds, wildlife havens, borders, potted plants and seating.

All of the proceeds go to local charities and groups.

Tickets

Tickets and maps can be purchased in advance and on the day at the Blandford Information Centre, the Blandford Town Museum and on the day from some of the gardens.
