Bonython Estate Gardens are located on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall and offer some fantastic woodland walks, walled gardens, lakes and stunning shrubs!
Each lake, there are several, has its own unique planting including South African (reflecting the owners heritage as Mrs Nathan is South African) and local cornish planting creating a special atmosphere.
There are about 20 acres for you to explore and it will take about 2 hours. Dogs on leads welcome!!
Oh yes, and teas and cakes also served!

“Beautiful gardens. Walled garden with scented flowers, fruit and vegetables, fruit trees, exotic plants round lakes, bamboos, rhododendrons, sculpted yew “chapel”, all around a (private) Georgian country house. Tea, coffee and cakes available. Immaculately maintained. Lovely, peaceful place for a walk and a snack.”
