About Challock Open Gardens
Challock has 10 super gardens for you to visit and enjoy in their quintessential Kentish village set on top of the North Downs.
Get inspired by gardens that are normally hidden. The variety of gardens and plants is truly amazing.
From wildflower meadows, a Japanese garden, ponds, water features, vegetable plots to a private collection of over 300 cacti and succulents.
The village hall will be hosting an under 12’s miniature garden competition – go and have a look.
Don’t forget to visit the 800 year old Church which will be open for visitors.
Refreshments are available at the Village Hall including savouries and homemade cakes -excellent.
And some of the gardens will be making sure you don’t go hungry or thirsty!
Proceeds this year are in aid of the British Heart Foundation and The Friends of Challock Church.
There will be plants for sale.
And toilets will be available at this event.
