Visit the historic hilltop village of Crayke on Sunday 29th March for one of the earliest open gardens events of the year.
Explore stunning spring gardens, enjoy the spectacular daffodil display at St Cuthbert’s Church and take in breathtaking views across the Vale of York and the Hambleton Hills.
With a tombola, local history and artwork displays, refreshments, plant sales from local growers, and live music from the Easingwold Town Band it’s a wonderful day for all ages.

About Crayke Open Gardens
Crayke Open Gardens are taking place this year on Sunday the 29th of March making it one of the earliest open gardens in 2026.
As it’s so early in the year you can also enjoy the magnificent display of daffodils at St Cuthbert’s church!
The beautiful hilltop parish of Crayke invites you to visit and experience their village and its gardens in springtime.
Crayke is a conservation area, steeped in history, and with spectacular views of the vale of York and the Hambleton Hills.
This year there will be a Tombola, a display of local history and artworks and of course a brass band performance by Easingwold Town Band!
Refreshments are served all day in both the village hall and the Church.
All proceeds go to St. Cuthbert’s Church, Crayke Primary School and Crayke Sports Club & Village Hall.
Plants and seeds will sold by local growers.
Toilet facilities are available.
