To get the most out of your visit it is suggested you follow the route from a map which you can pick up when you get your tickets.
Watch out for the Herons and maybe some fish in the Exotic Garden and the modern sculptures in the Sunken Garden.
The Desert Wash is a really interesting take on an Arizona landscape with many interesting plants suited to a dryer climate.
There are two Tea Rooms which open at 12 noon and offer tea, coffee, cakes and savouries.
Seating is available indoors and outdoors.
Plant sales featuring locally propagated plants are for sale in the plant sale area. Not surprisingly!
Only assistance dogs are allowed in the gardens.

Don’t take our word for how lovely these gardens are. Here is what visitors to East Ruston Old Vicarage had to say.
” We were both blown away by the imagination, passion, creativity and dedication over the years that has resulted in these simply stunning gardens. We were met with colour, variation and tranquillity in abundance.
As an added bonus the plants you could buy are taken from the gardens and in a lot of cases are plants you wouldn’t find in most nurseries.”
” The gardens are absolutely beautiful, the planting schemes so well thought out. Lovely to see such a mix of plants. Absolute bursts of colour everywhere you looked.”
