About Lullingstone Castle & The World Garden
Lullingstone Castle & The World Garden celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2025.
Tom Hart Dyke created the gardens with plants from various parts o the world inspired by a kidnapping ordeal in Colombia.
Garden highlights include the ‘Hot & Spiky’ Cactus House, The Cloud Garden, Orchid House, The Moroccan Blue Room, Australis and the Orchid Meadow and Woodland walk.
I think that’s enough to be going on with!
Refreshments are available in the Marquee providing lights snacks, tea and coffee with indoor and outdoor seating.
There is a Gift Shop and a Nursery selling plants and seeds.
The House is open for self guided tours on a few days each year.
And the local church is close by as well.
