About Moors Meadow Gardens
Moors Meadow Gardens is a non profit 7 acre garden set on a hillside overlooking the Kyre Valley.
There are a number of environments and unique gardens such as the Grass Garden, Rhododendron Glade, Fernery, Cottage, Herb and Kitchen Gardens.
Appealing to all plantsmen there are a number of paths leading to the informal planting offering something to see throughout the year.
There are trees of interest including an Oak Circle and Redwood.
The garden is known for its rarely seen species, many trees and shrubs not often seen in cultivation.
Wildlife is abundant due to the organic gardening approach and water features.
With over 70 species of birds spotted as well as stoats, hares, badgers, bats, grass snakes, fogs, toads and newts.
Season tickets and guided tours are available.
There is also a resident Blacksmith on site as well!
