About the New York Botanical Garden
New York Botanical Garden is located in the Bronx and is a 250 acre site with 30+ gardens or features for you to enjoy.
Some of those key features include the Children’s Adventure Garden, Arboretum, Conservatory, Azalea Garden, the Edible Academy!, Perennial Garden, Rock Garden, Rose Garden and the Wetland Trail.
So plenty for you to look at and enjoy and of course if you are super lucky you may get to see, and smell, the Corpse Flower in bloom!
If you get tired of walking you can take the accessible Tram Tour which stops off at key locations. Great idea!
There are two excellent restaurants for you to dine at. The Pine Tree Café with its family friendly menu and the Hudson Garden Grill with its farm to table ethicallly sourced food.
And the NYBG Shop has a selection of fine gifts, home decor, books, gardening tools, plants and more for all your retail needs.
