Painshill Park is an 18th Century garden with lots of great walks, loads to see and do and is dog friendly.
There are lots of trails for you to follow taking round lakes, past the Grotto with 10 thousand crystals in it, by follies and over bridges and into a vineyard!
Their Kitchen Garden produce is all organic and can be bought for small donations in the gift shop.
And when you are done walking through the woodlands then pop into Mr Hamilton’s Tea Room and then onto the Gift shop for a but of well earned retail therapy.
With 158 acres to explore there is a lot for families to do. Get back to nature and check out the Gothic Tower and Grotto. And if it’s sunny bring a picnic!
There are loads of great opportunities for photos on Instagram as well!
Dogs are allowed in the gardens and tea room (when picking up food and drink – that’s good ) on a short lead.

I suggest you go prepared with snacks and water for the walk, smaller children in a stroller.
There are some cafes spread along the route too… There are lots of benches and places along the route to sit and rest!”
