About Penrhyn Castle and Garden

Penrhyn Castle and Gardens offers plenty to see and do with 60 acres of parkland, a walled garden, plants and a jungle-esque Bog Garden.

There are two play areas, Rook Wood and Cwt Ogwe.

And some smashing views of Snowdonia, Great Orme and Puffin Island – great for Instagram photos!

As is the neo-Norman Castle! Check out the art exhibitions as well.

So as well as the castle and gardens there is hot and cold food and drinks available at the Castle Cafe and Stable Cafe.

And there is a shop and second hand bookshop.

Dogs are allowed in the gardens but assistance dogs only in the castle.

The Staff were so friendly and offered so much information. We had lunch in the cafe and our food was delicious (loaded jacket potatoes).”
