About Scotney Castle Garden
Scotney Castle Garden, a National Trust Garden, is packed full of features including the one acre walled garden, ice house, moat and giant sequoia trees.
There are roses climbing the castle wall, orchids and grass terraces, a bowling green and for the kids the Badger & Pepper play area.
The wider 740 acre Estate has waymarked paths and Longhorn and Sussex cattle to spot!
The Coach House Tea Room for refreshments, a Plant Shop, Gift Shop & Betsy’s Second hand bookshop.
There is also a Kiosk open in the summer selling cold drinks, ice cream and doggy ice cream!
The Castle and House are open for tours – just check on the opening times as these differ from the garden and estate.
