About Shiptonthorpe Open Gardens
Shiptonthorpe is a bi annual open gardens event so do pop along and have a walk around their 7 gardens.
Three of these are open for the National Garden Scheme and styles vary from traditional to contemporary.
The trail is a circular about a mile in length with the Church at one end.
And the village hall is at the other end where refreshments including home baked food is for sale.
There is also a scarecrow competition which is always fun.
All proceeds from this years event go to the village church All Saints.
There are toilet facilities at this event.
