Thenford Arboretum & Gardens is set in 70 acres with over 3,000 trees and shrubs.
While you are there you will find water gardens, a sculpture garden, a rose garden, an alpine trough garden with round the year displays and a rill and a huge snowdrop display featuring over 700 varieties.
Watch out for the medieval fish ponds, their interconnecting canal and the lakes!
You can get afternoon tea while you are visiting for an extra charge.
Only assistance dogs are allowed in the garden

There is also a wonderful tea room.
All in all , the best garden I have been to and one of the best places as a whole.”
” Delightful garden, lakes, woodland, and herbaceous borders, with sculptures dotted around and hiding in secret gardens.
Greenhouse and hot houses are also open to view. To finish the afternoon, try the best coffee cake for miles.”
