About Hardwick Hall Garden
Hardwick Hall Garden is a super year round garden with colours for all seasons.
There are two Orchards at Hardwick Hall, the Fruiting Orchard and the Ornamental Orchard.
You will also see the herb garden and mixed borders.
There are trails to follow in the parklands with shorter walks like the Lady Spencer’s Woods or book a free guided tour on one of 7 routes!
You can get refreshments at the Barn Restaurant and at the Kiosk on the lower estate.
And there is a second hand Bookshop, a Shop selling gifts, seasonal and locally sourced products and a Plant Shop.
Hardwick Hall is “one of the finest Elizabethan buildings in the country” and it has some stunning tapestries .
Shorter opening times so do check before you travel.
Christmas is always celebrated with events at Hardwick with the Wintertide Elizabethan theme.
