About Plant World Gardens
Plant World Gardens was designed as the first ‘Map of the World Gardens‘ with individual gardens representing each of the five continents.
Key gardens include The African Garden, The American Garden, New Zealand Garden, Australian Garden, Siberian Garden, Himalayan Garden, Cottage Garden, Mediterranean Garden and the Hot Garden!
Expect to take a good half hour to walk around all of the gardens.
The Cafe is well positioned with scenic views of the Teign estuary and the twin peaks of Haytor visible to the West.
Pop in for some homemade cakes, cream teas, paninis, jacket spuds and toasted sandwiches.
The popular Plant Nursery allows visitors to take home the rare and unusual plants they will have seen in the gardens.
