About Wellesbourne Open Gardens

Wellesbourne Open Gardens has 11 gardens open in 2026 and while numbers open each day may vary there are some very different styles in both size and diversity.

You will be able to pick up some great tips and ideas about gardens for wildlife with the gardeners keen to share their expertise!

I think the ide of having a focus on cerating gardens with wildlife in mind is a super idea.

Our local wildlife relly does need all the help it can get and it can start with you!

As well as the gardens other attractions include Wellesbourne Allotments, the Community Meadow and Orchard, Chedham’s historical blacksmith Yard and the rewilded land at Twitey’s Glamping.

Proceeds will be shared between Wildlife charities in Warwickshire and local projects with a particular focus on butterflies and moths this year.

Last year they raised almost £13,000 for their nominated charities. Great job.

Parking & Directions

The easiest parking to get your entrance tickets is in Hunscote at Twitey’s or next to the Village Hall in Wellesbourne, then walk round to the Methodist Hall or Chedham’s Yard.

Gardens around Wellesbourne are spread out, however and you will need to move the car or cycle to get to all gardens in the time available.
