Families can follow Henry Hawk’s Woodland Concert Trail, using the app to unlock stories at 15 etched trail posts. After your adventure, enjoy homemade soups, sandwiches, pies and light bites at Y Coed Coffee Shop.

About Penllergare Valley Woods
Penllergare Valley Woods offer a unique, year round attraction with something for all of your family.
With walks and trails to suit all levels of fitness you get to experience great views across the valley, waterfalls, lakes and super woodland scenery.
Watch out for the Observatory, Carriage Drive and Cascades!
And do follow the Henry Hawk’s Woodland Concert Trail with 15 etching posts and use the App to hear his stories.
Refreshments are available at the Coffee Shop, Y Coed, with soup, light bites, sandwiches and pies all on offer.

The visitor centre is fully accessible. There is also disabled parking and disabled toilet/baby changing facilities. Access for disabled people, wheelchairs and pushchairs around the estate is limited due to the terrain.
Dogs at Penllergare Valley Woods
Dogs to be kept on a lead or close control at the lakes, rivers and waterfall.
There are some dog free zones so be aware of those.
